2 pieces cod fish (bacalao) per person, 1 small can tomato sauce, 1/2 cup
chopped onion, 1/2- 1 cup chopped green pepper, 1/2 cup olive oil, 1-2 eggs and
1/4 cup flour.
Preparation:
In a pan heat the oil
at medium heat. Add the onion and green pepper that you have chopped beforehand.
While the vegetables are cooking, break the eggs (two) into a bowl
and beat them. Dip in the cod in the eggs then dip it in the flour. When the pepper is almost fried add the cod and the tomato sauce. Fry
the fish and vegetables on medium heat for about fifteen minutes.
